There are two trainees' meetings a year, providing trainees with the opportunity to hear lectures on topical issues given by a range of experts, as well as providing a chance to network and contribute to debate. The Spring Meeting is held in London; the Autumn Meeting is usually held in Manchester, although in 2016 it will take place in Birmingham. A prize is awarded by the panel for the best presentation. These meetings are free of charge to BIA members.
